About us

Fundscraper is the future of investing.

Private real estate investing has powered the world’s largest portfolios for decades. These opportunities used to only be accessible to a select few. But we opened the doors to a whole new world of wealth for the average investor.

We started Fundscraper with a simple idea: to help everyday investors build institutional quality real estate portfolios at lower costs. Our online platform makes it easy to get started with as little as $5,000.

Our business and our tech continue to evolve, but our mission remains the same: to empower a broad range of Canadian investors in real estate backed securities.
