New Technology, Better Access

Fundscraper connects investors with high quality real estate investments usually reserved for institutions and high net worth individuals. Fundscraper is a real estate funding platform that simplifies investing into great real estate projects.

We allow qualified investors the ability to select great projects with investment minimums as low as $5,000. We digitize the entire investment process from selecting a property to invest in, signing documents, and tracking investment details on the Fundscraper dashboard.

How Can I Earn Money?

Attractive Returns, Lower Fees

Investing in large real estate assets such as commercial properties and condominiums, and the attractive returns they offer, has traditionally been reserved for a very select group of people.

Fundscraper opens up these types of investments to a much larger pool of people, at lower fees. You can view various types of projects such as high-rise towers, master planned communities, malls, and retirement homes at various stages of development and choose exactly which ones to be a part of.

Is it Risky?

Transparency at the Forefront

As with most investments, there are risks associated with investing in real estate and we want you to be aware of them. We strive to provide as much information as possible about each project and its sponsor, as well as ourselves, so that you can assess the risks involved and make an informed decision. We want you to be happy with your investments, and the best way to do that is to get to know each other. By asking you a few key questions on our website and following up with a phone call, we’ll get a better understanding of what fits your risk profile.

Below are the due diligence components that we undertake prior to investments being listed on the Fundscraper website:

Real estate sponsor/issuer review (i.e. current balance sheet position, proven track record in the local geography, expertise in working with the particular asset type)
Financial review of the project, including cost analysis and revenue/leasing projections
Zoning potential review (including review of potential neighbouring projects under application)
Demographic, economic, and market trends review
Comparable precedent projects review
Third-party peer reviews of environmental and other reports
