Fundrise offers Electronic real estate investment trusts (REITs), electronic real estate funds, and Fundrise IPOs.
Fundrise charges a fixed percentage of 0.15% annual advisory fees, and different investment products are tied to different account levels. At Fundscraper, each project is different so we are flexible on fees depending on the offering and investors can invest in all products they are eligible for based upon the relevant provincial securities commissions.
