Project Spotlight: High Park, ON.

This project first commenced in April 2019 and after 21 months, has now been fully repaid. The borrowers exercised their 6-month extension right to facilitate the sale of the asset and sale proceeds from one of the assets was sufficient to fully repay mortgages on both properties. Fundscraper Property Partners LP was able to generate a net return of 10.0%.
